Blogs, an electronic journal, are one of many methods we find successful in achieving a collaborative learning environment. Blogs allow students to share thoughts and information with other students, parents, friends and even students on the other side of the world. Classes work collaboratively to comment on the blogs of other classes and in doing so, improve a variety of literacy skills, such as listening and communicating, creating texts to report events and constructing texts using software.
